These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CiniSquad platform, including all related websites, mobile applications, features, services, content, forums, functionality, and associated products (collectively referred to as the “Platform”), which is owned and operated by Kopuram Entertainment Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), together with its affiliates, group companies, subsidiaries, and authorized vendors.The Company is incorporated in India and has its registered office at 1021/2, Vetri Towers, Avinashi Road, Coimbatore -641 018.Any person who registers on, accesses, uses, subscribes to, or participates in the Platform or any of its features — including but not limited to online fantasy movie contests, free-to-play fantasy movie contests (“Contests”), viewing or interacting with movie-related content, engaging with influencers or other creators, and using the AI features available on the Platform — shall be referred to as a “User” (“you”, “your”, or “yours”).By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
2. Nature of the Platform – Skill-Based Gaming
a. CiniSquad is a skill-based fantasy movie gaming platform where users create virtual teams of real movie cast and crew members, assign predefined roles, rate performances, and earn points based on a transparent scoring system developed by the Company.b. Outcomes depend on:
User skill, judgment, and strategy
Knowledge of movies, cast, crew, and audience response
Predefined algorithms
CiniSquad does not offer gambling, betting, or games of chance.
c. Compliance: These services are compliant with The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025, passed by the Indian Parliament in August 2025 and effective from October 1, 2025, and The Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 20211 [updated as on 10.02.2026]and various State-specific regulations.d. Excluded States:Users from states where fantasy gaming is restricted by law shall not participate in paid contests (including but not limited to Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Nagaland, as applicable).
3. ELIGIBILITY FOR INDIAN USERS
Users must be at least 18 years of age.
4. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
4.1 Acceptance of the Terms
By accepting these Terms (for instance by clicking the “Login”, “Register”, or similar button) and continuing to access or use the Platform, you expressly acknowledge, agree, and consent to:(a) be legally bound by and comply with these Terms, including the Additional Terms referenced herein;(b) the collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal and usage-related information in accordance with our Privacy Policy;(c) receiving communications from us and/or our affiliates, partners, licensors, or associates, including but not limited to: (i) service-related announcements; (ii) administrative and account-related messages; (iii) promotional content and advertisements; (iv) direct notifications to your account; and (v) any other communication methods we may reasonably adopt.
4.2 Acceptance of Additional Terms
By accepting these Terms, you also agree to be bound by the following additional policies and guidelines (collectively referred to as “Additional Terms”):
The Privacy Policy, outlining how we collect, use, store, and protect your information;
The Community Guidelines, governing acceptable conduct on the Platform;
The AI Usage Terms, regulating your interaction with AI-powered tools and content available on the Platform.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, any reference to “Terms” shall include these Additional Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Additional Terms, the Additional Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
4.3 Non-Acceptance of Terms
If you do not agree with these Terms or any part thereof (including the Additional Terms), you must not access or use the Platform and should immediately discontinue all use of the Services. Acceptance of and compliance with these Terms is mandatory for continued access to the Platform.
5. USER ACCOUNT
5.1 Account Creation
To access and use the Platform and its Services — including but not limited to participating in Contests, viewing and engaging with livestreams, interacting with influencers or creators, and using the AI features — you must register and create a user account (“User Account” or “Account”).Each User is permitted to maintain only one unique Account on the Platform in accordance with our one-account-per-user policy (“One Account Policy”).
5.2 Information Required
At the time of registration and/or during continued use of the Platform, you may be required to provide personal and identifying information to verify your identity. Such information may include, but is not limited to:
Full name
Age or date of birth
Mobile number
Any other information or documents as reasonably required by the Platform for verification or compliance purposes
5.3 Account Responsibility
You agree and undertake to:(a) provide accurate, complete, current, and truthful information at all times;(b) maintain the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including passwords and access details;(c) not sell, transfer, assign, license, share, or otherwise misuse your Account or permit any third party to access or benefit from it.You are permitted to create only one Account on Our Platform (“ One Account Policy ”). You agree to promptly update your Account information as required. If you suspect unauthorized access, loss of control, or compromise of your Account, you must immediately notify our Help and Support team.
5.4 Eligibility for Users Outside India
To access the Platform from outside India, you must:
be of the minimum legal age as per the laws of your jurisdiction;
be a resident of the country from which you are accessing the Platform; and
have a valid and active email address for Account creation.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to take corrective actions, including suspension or termination of Accounts and forfeiture of benefits, in the event of any age-related or eligibility violations.
5.5 Account Verification and Enforcement
You shall not provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information or make any misrepresentations to circumvent applicable laws or Platform policies (“Applicable Law”).We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse registration, suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account or access to the Platform if:
any information provided is false, misleading, incomplete, or unlawful;
your conduct violates these Terms or Applicable Law; or
verification requirements are not met.
We may conduct identity verification and Know Your Customer (“KYC”) procedures as required from time to time, and you agree to provide all necessary information and documents to facilitate such verification.
6. SERVICES AND CONTENT
6.1 Services We Provide
The Platform is designed to foster community engagement and interaction around movie-related events, entertainment, and activities. Our Services may include, without limitation:
livestreamed content hosted or shared by Users;
short-form videos and audiovisual clips;
comments, direct messaging, and community chat rooms;
interactive features such as emojis, reactions, filters, and graphics;
AI-powered tools and other features;
free-to-play fantasy movie contests and permitted skill-based online social contests; and other digital content or engagement tools made available from time to time.
Such Services and content may be provided in various formats, including text, audio, video, audiovisual materials, animations, music, images, graphics, and other interactive media.
6.2 Free-to-Play Fantasy Movie Contests
Access to Contests on the Platform is offered on a free-to-play basis unless expressly stated otherwise and only when applicable. In connection with any Contest, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:
suspend, withdraw, modify, or cancel any Contest at any time without prior notice, including where continuation of such Contest would require regulatory approvals, or become commercially or operationally impractical;
change Contest rules, scoring systems, timelines, or abandon a Contest entirely;
revise the predefined roles available for selection.
We may abandon or cancel any Contest in the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
rescheduling or postponement of a movie’s release date;
uncertainty or inability to verify a movie’s release due to legal disputes, censor board delays, financial issues, or similar disruptions;
events that materially impact the conduct or fairness of the Contest.

6.3 User Responsibilities
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with the following responsibilities and standards of conduct:
comply fully with these Terms, Additional Terms, and all Applicable Laws, including gaming, digital content, data protection, intellectual property, consumer protection, and criminal laws;
refrain from promoting, participating in, or facilitating any gambling, betting, wagering, or illegal money gaming activities, whether on or off the Platform;
not engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the Platform’s systems, security, or operations;
not commit any Fair Play violations, fraud, manipulation, or misuse of offers or promotions;
use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and not for collusion, business exploitation, or coordinated abuse of features;
not engage in “Insider Trading,” including the sharing or use of non-public or privileged information to gain unfair advantage in any Contest or Platform activity;
not copy, reverse engineer, modify, exploit, or tamper with any Platform technology, AI tools, content, software, livestream systems, or intellectual property;
comply with the Community Guidelines in all chats, livestreams, watch parties, comments, and real-time interactions;
exercise caution and personal responsibility when sharing any personal or sensitive information on the Platform, acknowledging that all interactions with other Users occur at your own risk;
not advertise, promote, or induce participation in any paid or stake-based contests or money gaming schemes, directly or indirectly, across any media or communication channels;
engage responsibly with the Platform for entertainment and recreational purposes only, including taking voluntary breaks and complying with any responsible play measures imposed by the Company.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of Applicable Law.
7. OUR SERVICES
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to:
modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Platform or Services, including contests, livestreams, influencer content, AI Features, or access to specific functionalities;
impose limits on usage or participation in contests;
suspend or terminate your Account in compliance with applicable laws, regulatory directions, or competent authority orders.
7.1 Enforcement Actions
In the event of a breach of these Terms, or if we reasonably believe that you have violated or attempted to violate these Terms, we may take one or more of the following actions:
restrict, suspend, deactivate, or permanently terminate your Account;
disqualify you from any contest, league, or activity;
withhold, cancel, or recover any prizes, rewards, or benefits;
initiate appropriate civil and/or criminal proceedings as permitted under Applicable Law.
All such actions may be taken without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to the Company.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
8.1 Company Intellectual Property
You acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights in and to the Platform and Services are owned by or licensed to the Company, including without limitation:
the Platform software, systems, algorithms, and AI technologies;
contests, formats, scoring mechanisms, and gameplay mechanics;
audiovisual content, livestreams, graphics, illustrations, images, animations, and designs produced by the Company;
written materials, marketing content, and publications;
trademarks, logos, trade names, and brand identifiers;
proprietary databases, compilations, and platform architecture;
all other content created or published by the Company (“Company IP”).
This does not include third-party materials displayed solely for informational, editorial, or referential purposes.
8.2 Restrictions on Use
Except as expressly permitted under these Terms, you shall not, without prior written consent from the Company:
copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or exploit any Company IP;
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code or proprietary elements;
create derivative works based on any Company IP.
8.3 User-Generated Content
With respect to any content you submit, upload, post, or otherwise make available on the Platform (“User Content”), you represent and warrant that:
You retain all intellectual property rights in the content you create, upload, or share on the Platform (“User Content”);
You represent and warrant that your User Content is original and does not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of any third party;
The Company assumes no responsibility or liability for User Content shared on the Platform. Furthermore, the Company is not liable for any outcomes, disputes, or damages arising from your interactions with other users, third-party influencers, or AI-powered features and entities available via the Platform.
By submitting or sharing content on the Platform, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, and publish your content. This license is granted for the following purposes:
Platform Operations: Displaying, distributing, and storing your content across various media formats to facilitate Platform functionality.
Derivative Works: Creating derivative works necessary to adapt your content for technical display or promotional requirements.
Database Management: Storing content within remote databases and providing access to other users, which may be subject to a service fee or subscription charge.
8.4 Influencer and Creator Content
All content produced or shared by influencers, creators, or streamers on the Platform (“Influencer Content”) remains the intellectual property of the respective creator or their licensors.You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial, revocable license to access Influencer Content solely within the Platform.You shall not:
download, record, copy, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, or monetize Influencer Content;
create derivative works from Influencer Content without express written consent of both the influencer and the Company.
The Company does not endorse, control, or assume liability for any Influencer Content. Each influencer remains solely responsible for their content, statements, representations, and conduct.
9. ONLINE SAFETY
9.1 Community Guidelines
We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and lawful environment for all users. Our Community Guidelines set out acceptable conduct and prohibited content on the Platform and form an integral part of these Terms.Any violation of the Community Guidelines shall be deemed a breach of these Terms and may result in enforcement actions including, without limitation:
removal of content;
restriction of platform features;
suspension or termination of user accounts;
9.2 Reporting Mechanism
If you encounter any content or activity that violates these Terms or the Community Guidelines, including content involving violence, abuse, exploitation, illegal acts, or harmful conduct, you are encouraged to report it immediately using the in-app reporting tools or by contacting our Support team.
9.3 Cooperation with Law Enforcement
Where we believe there is a credible risk of harm, threat to public safety, or illegal activity, we may cooperate with law enforcement agencies or competent authorities.This may include sharing relevant information, where permitted by law and technically feasible, to assist in:
preventing or responding to threats of violence or self-harm;
protecting community safety;
investigating fraud, illegal conduct, or violations of these Terms;
addressing emergencies or missing person cases.
9.4 Platform Monitoring
While we may implement moderation measures to maintain Platform safety, nothing in these Terms obligates us to continuously monitor user activity. We reserve the right to take such actions as we deem necessary or legally required to protect users and the integrity of the Services.
9.5 Content Removal and Enforcement
We reserve the right, without prior notice, to remove, restrict, or disable any content that is unlawful, offensive, infringing, harmful, or in violation of these Terms or Community Guidelines.This includes content relating to:
contests and gameplay activities;
chats, comments, and communications;
influencer interactions;
submissions to AI tools, AI entities, or AI Features.
In the event of violations, we may take actions including account suspension, termination, access restriction, benefit forfeiture, and legal proceedings as appropriate.We may also remove content in response to legal requirements, court orders, regulatory notices, or complaints from affected parties.All enforcement decisions shall be at our sole discretion.
9.6 Grievance Redressal
If you have any complaint or grievance relating to:(i) content that violates these Terms or Community Guidelines;(ii) alleged infringement of intellectual property rights;(iii) access to or use of the Platform or Services;you may submit your complaint by writing to the Grievance Officer. Certain violations are subject to a zero-tolerance policy and will be addressed on priority.Users are encouraged to review the Community Guidelines regularly to understand permitted and prohibited conduct.
10. PRIVACY POLICY
All personal data and information collected, used, processed, shared, or stored by us in connection with your access to and use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy.You are encouraged to carefully review the Privacy Policy to understand:
the types of information we collect;
how and why such information is used;
how it is stored, protected, and shared; and
data related to your interactions with AI features and influencer content.
By using the Platform and Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with its terms.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
By accessing or using the Platform and Services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its directors, officers, employees, partners, affiliates, associates, licensors, and representatives (“Representatives”) from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
your use or misuse of the Platform or Services;
your breach of these Terms or any applicable laws;
any negligent, fraudulent, or unlawful act or omission by you; or
any content or activity carried out through your account.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its Representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to:
your access to or use of the Platform or Services;
your inability to access the Platform; or
participation in Contests;
You expressly waive any claims against the Company and its Representatives for any injury, loss, accident, or damage of any kind arising in connection with your use of the Platform or participation in Contests, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
12.1 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.Subject to the arbitration provisions below, the courts at Coimbatore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising out of or relating to these Terms and the Services, including any Dispute.
12.2 Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform (“Dispute”), the aggrieved party shall first provide a written notice to the other party describing the Dispute.The parties shall attempt to resolve the Dispute amicably within 7 days of receipt of such notice.If the Dispute remains unresolved, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the provisions of theArbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended from time to time).
The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties.
The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Coimbatore, India.
The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.
The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties.
Each party shall bear its own costs, and the arbitrator’s fees shall be shared equally unless otherwise directed by the tribunal.
The arbitrator shall have the power to grant interim and final reliefs, including specific performance and injunctive relief, as permitted under law.
12.3 Interim Reliefs
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or restrict Our right to seek and obtain interim, temporary, permanent, equitable, or injunctive relief, or any other relief available under applicable law, to protect Our interests, whether before, during, or after the initiation of arbitration proceedings, or pending the enforcement of any arbitral award or decision. The seeking of such equitable or injunctive relief shall not be deemed a waiver of Our right to pursue monetary damages or any other remedies through arbitration as provided herein.
13. OTHER TERMS
13.1 Supersession
These Terms constitute the complete and governing agreement between you and Us with respect to your access to and use of the Platform and Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral.
13.2 Waiver
No failure or delay by Us in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any such right preclude any further exercise of the same or any other right.
13.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13.4 Employee Restriction
Employees, directors, officers, agents, and representatives of the Company shall not be eligible to participate in any play-to-win Contests or prize-based activities on the Platform.
13.5 Conflict of Terms
You acknowledge that certain transactions, features, or Services may be governed by additional terms and conditions. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these Terms and such additional terms, the additional terms shall prevail solely with respect to the relevant transaction or Service.
13.6 Assignment
We reserve the right to assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of our rights and obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, to any affiliate, successor, or third party as part of our business operations, without prior notice or consent.
14. DISCLAIMERS
14.1 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, suspension, or failure in the performance of the Services arising from events beyond Our reasonable control, including but not limited to changes in applicable laws or regulations, orders or directions of any court, governmental or regulatory authority, war, civil unrest, strikes, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, public health emergencies, technical failures, or any other circumstances rendering performance impracticable or impossible.
14.2 Limitation of Liability
Your access to and use of the Platform and Services is at Your sole risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, We shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, claim, or liability whatsoever, including without limitation personal injury, death, property damage, financial loss, or data loss, arising out of or in connection with Your use of the Platform, participation in Contests, viewing of livestreams, interaction with AI Features, or reliance on any Content.
14.3 Third-Party Content and Advertisements
The Platform may contain advertisements, links, or content provided by third parties, including affiliates and external service providers (“Third-Party Content”). We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any Third-Party Content, products, or services. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, legality, reliability, or quality of such Third-Party Content. Any reliance upon Third-Party Content is at Your own risk, and any disputes or claims relating thereto shall be addressed solely with the relevant third party.
14.4 No Betting or Gambling Promotion
The Platform and Services do not promote, facilitate, induce, or support any form of betting, gambling, wagering, or unlawful gaming activity involving monetary stakes or expectations of guaranteed winnings. We shall not be responsible for any misleading, unauthorized, or deceptive advertisements or representations made by third parties in any media.
14.5 Warranty Disclaimer
All Content, the Platform, and the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind.To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:
implied warranties of merchantability;
fitness for a particular purpose;
non-infringement; and
accuracy, reliability, or completeness of Content or Services.
The Company does not warrant that:
the Platform or Services will meet your expectations or requirements;
access will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
defects or errors will be corrected; or
the Platform or Services will be free from viruses, bugs, or other harmful components.
You acknowledge that the Platform and Services may experience technical issues, limitations, delays, or malfunctions, and you use them entirely at your own risk.In this regard, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any errors, delays, or inaccuracies in movie-related information, or other Contest Inputs displayed on the Platform, as such information is sourced from third parties or publicly available sources.
The Company shall not be liable for any loss, disruption, corruption, deletion, delay, or failure in the storage, transmission, delivery, or accessibility of any content, data, or materials to the extent permitted under applicable law.
The Company shall not be responsible for any errors in fantasy point calculations, rankings, contest outcomes, or winner selection arising from incorrect, delayed, or incomplete information received from third-party data providers or service partners.
The Company shall not be liable for any inability to access or use the Platform or Services caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to network failures, internet disruptions, power outages, system malfunctions, cyber incidents, viruses, malware, or telecommunications breakdowns.
The Company shall not be responsible for any communication failures, delays, or omissions, including those arising from incorrect contact details provided by you or technical errors that prevent notices, updates, or results from reaching you.
The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or misuse arising from your disclosure of confidential or security-related information, including passwords, verification codes, or one-time passwords (OTPs), to any third party.

1. Platform Identity & Classification
1.1 Regulatory Framework:
CiniSquad operates in full compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 (as amended on February 10, 2026).
1.2 Dual Legal Identity: The Platform is classified as:
An Online Gaming Intermediary (for its skill-based contest features).
A Publisher of Online Curated Content (for its movie trailers, clips, and media features).
1.3 Skill-Based Declaration:
CiniSquad offers Free Online Games. These are games of skill; the Platform strictly prohibits any form of gambling, betting, or wagering on outcomes.
2. User Due Diligence & Conduct
2.1 Prohibited Content:
In accordance with Rule 3(1)(b), users are strictly prohibited from hosting, displaying, or sharing information that:
Belongs to another person without legal right.
Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or harmful to children.
Encourages money laundering, gambling, or relates to unverified real-money games.
Is “Synthetically Generated Information” (SGI/Deepfakes) that is misleading or unlawful.
Threatens the sovereignty, integrity, or security of India.
2.2 Quarterly Notifications:
As per the 2026 Update, CiniSquad will notify users at least once every three months of these terms. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
2.3 AI (SGI) Declaration:
Users must declare if any uploaded content (avatars/videos) is AI-generated. CiniSquad reserves the right to label such content to prevent user deception.
3. Online Gaming Specific Obligations (Rule 4)
3.1. Responsible Gaming:
Warning messages are triggered for high-frequency gaming sessions to prevent addiction and financial loss.
4. Digital Media Code of Ethics
4.1 Content Classification: All media on CiniSquad is self-classified under the following 5-tier system:
U (Universal): Suitable for all.
U/A 7+, 13+, 16+: Parental guidance required for minors.
A (Adult): Restricted to viewers 18+.
4.2 Access Controls:
For content rated U/A 13+ or higher, CiniSquad provides Parental Locks. For “A” rated content, a reliable Age Verification mechanism is mandatory at the point of access.
4.3 Content Descriptors:
Every program displays a rating and “Consumer Advice” (e.g., Violence, Language) at the start to ensure informed viewing.

Acknowledgement: Within 24 hours.
Resolution: Within 7 days (2026 Standard).
Appellate: Users may appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee (GAC) at www.gac.gov.in.
